At Smartsy, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
The item is in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact
You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
Personal care, hygiene, or intimate-use items once opened
Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at [smartsysupport@gmail.com] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return
Our team will review your request and share return instructions within 24-48 hours
Once approved, pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost
If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI, and you may be asked to share your bank details for this purpose

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process upon delivery.
